Tri City Urban Adventure Run & Tri City Spring Sprint

- Waterloo & Centennial Parks - map updated in spring of 2007 (sprint standards),
- University of Waterloo,
- Columbia Lake (north of the university).

Approximately 15 minutes after the first start there will be a option for a sprint race, part of the North American Sprint Series. For those unfamiliar with orienteering, a novice course will be available, which will involve running around Waterloo Park, to start 30 minutes after the start of the adventure race.
Final course setter notes are now up. Approximate distance 11-13km (adventure race), or 3km (sprint/novice).

The SPORTident system will be used for this event. For those who have not purchased one, SPORTident e-cards will be available for sale or rent.

| Cost | Adventure Race Teams (2 pers.) - $45.00 (discount $10 if registered AND paid before April 20)
Make check payable to Waterloo Stars Orienteering and mail them to 60 Rauch Court, Kitchener, ON, N2N3C8 or hand it at O- meets (before that) to Nick Duca or Giles Malet. Sprint or Novice Courses (individual) - $10.00 (21 and over) or $7.00 (under 21) Stars members are discounted 50%. |

| Directions | We will meet near the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Center on Father David Bauer Drive. Park on the north side of the road, in the little gravel lot towards Waterloo/Centenial Park. Registration will be on the hill on the west side of the baseball diamonds. | ||||||||
