Two sprint races as part of North American Sprint Series, each approximately 2 to 2.5 km. A novice course will also be available.

The SPORTident system will be used for this event. For those who have not purchased one, SPORTident e-cards will be available for sale or rent.

9:30 - 10:00 - Registration and waiver formalities
9:50 - 10:20 - Individual start for first sprint race and novice courses; then a 1km jog to the second start.
11:00 - 11:20 - Individual start for second sprint race
12:15 - 13:30 - BBQ at Nick's place

Registration Please pre-register with us by e-mail (contact above) at least 1 day in advance to ensure a pre-marked map is reserved for your use. Participants must be full or recreational members of Orienteering Ontario or an affiliated club for the current year.

Instruction / Clinic Introductory instruction may be available (9:30 -- 9:50am) if there is enough interest. Please e-mail the contact (above) if you'd like to participate.
Cost Cost includes both sprints, or the Novice course:

All participants are invited to the post-race BBQ (burgers, hotdogs, and a soft drink).

Directions

Please meet in the NE corner of Driftwood Plaza, at the eastern intersection (there are two) of Westheights and Driftwood Drives, Kitchener. See Google Maps for details. The first sprint starts across the road; the second sprint starts about 800m west of here.

From Hwy 401 follow Hwy 8 to the Conestoga Parkway, and then go west, and exit on either Fischer-Hallman or Trussler Roads.
